Above and Beyond Physical Therapy and Wellness Centre operates this clinic website. Contact aboveandbeyondptwc@gmail.com or call 876 558-9933 about your website enquiry or privacy concerns. Our clinic is at 7 Norwood Avenue, Oxford Road, New Kingston, Jamaica.
Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, a short enquiry and optional referral source. Email is required only when you choose Email as your preferred contact method; otherwise it is optional. Please do not submit medical records, diagnosis details, insurance identifiers or other private medical information through this form.
How enquiries are used
Your details are used to respond to your question and discuss appointment availability. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment. The form is not a patient record system. Contact the clinic directly if you need to provide information for your care.
Website security
The server processes network and browser information to limit repeated requests and uses hashed identifiers for this purpose. It also checks for duplicate enquiries. These checks protect the enquiry form and staff sign-in; they are not advertising or visitor analytics. Expired request-limit entries are removed when further security checks run.
Storage and service providers
Website enquiries are stored in a remote Neon database and accessed through a protected staff dashboard for clinic follow-up. Website hosting and database service providers support this process.
Enquiry retention
Our policy is to retain website enquiry details only while needed for follow-up and, ordinarily, for up to 90 days after follow-up is complete. Staff review completed enquiries and remove information that is no longer needed, unless a legal obligation or an unresolved matter requires it to be retained. This policy concerns website enquiries, not clinical patient records. Contact the clinic about a deletion request or the information held about you.
External services and reviews
WhatsApp, Google Maps and social links take you to third-party services with their own privacy policies. Public Google reviews may be retrieved through Monid for clinic review before display. Any published review should be attributed to its source; the website does not collect reviewer profile details from visitors.
Your information and concerns
Contact the clinic to request access to information held about your enquiry, correct inaccurate details or ask about deletion and other applicable data protection rights. Requests are subject to applicable law and identity checks. You can also raise a concern with Jamaica’s Office of the Information Commissioner at oic.gov.jm.
